By purchasing tickets to a Sacramento Ballet performance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

TICKET SALES & REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not available for missed performances or unused tickets.

Promotional and discounted ticket purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.

THEATER ADMISSION

Every person entering the theatre must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.

Children under the age of four will not be admitted to performances.

TICKET EXCHANGES

Subscribers: Subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance within the same production at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Single Tickets: Single-ticket exchanges are available for a $5 fee per ticket, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be made before the original performance date. Exchanges are available only to the original purchaser and cannot be processed for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

TICKET RESALE & THIRD-PARTY SELLERS

Tickets purchased from Sacramento Ballet or an authorized ticketing partner are intended for the purchaser’s personal use. The resale of tickets for profit is prohibited.

Sacramento Ballet does not authorize or guarantee tickets sold through third-party ticket resale websites, brokers, or other unauthorized sellers. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be canceled or invalidated without refund, and Sacramento Ballet reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone presenting such a ticket.

Sacramento Ballet is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers and cannot guarantee the validity, seating location, or price of those tickets. If you choose to purchase a ticket from a third party, you do so at your own risk.

If you are unable to attend a performance, please contact Patron Services to learn about available exchange options rather than reselling your ticket.

PERFORMANCE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Sacramento Ballet reserves the right to make changes to performance dates, times, casting, or programming when necessary.

If a performance is canceled or significantly changed, Sacramento Ballet will provide information about available options, which may include an exchange or other accommodation.

LATE SEATING

For the comfort and safety of all patrons and performers, late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Late-arriving patrons may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance before being seated.

ACCESSIBILITY

Sacramento Ballet is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming experience for all patrons. If you require an accommodation or have accessibility questions, please contact Patron Services before your performance whenever possible.

Sacramento Ballet reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies at its discretion.
