Welcome to School of Sacramento Ballet!

As the official training academy of Sacramento Ballet, the School of Sacramento Ballet stands as the region’s sole dance institution directly affiliated with a professional ballet company. Our conservatory-style curriculum employs  graded syllabi to ensure the success of young dancers in the studio, on stage, and throughout their lives.

School of Sacramento Ballet’s Adult Division caters to ballet enthusiasts of all levels, from seasoned professionals to absolute beginners. We offer drop-in classes in a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

Our esteemed faculty comprises former professional dancers, graduates from prestigious university dance programs, and dedicated lifelong educators. Each instructor is committed to fostering the happiness and well-being of every dancer with enthusiasm and compassion.
