Interested in bringing your community group to the ballet? Groups of 20 or more regular tickets for the same performance receive 20% off!

Group discounts are available for Sacramento Ballet’s 2026–27 Season productions and are subject to seating availability and the requirements below.

GROUP ORDER REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 20 tickets must be purchased for a single performance to qualify for the group discount.
  • Tickets purchased across multiple performances may not be combined to meet the 20-ticket minimum.
  • The group discount applies only to eligible seats in Zones 2, 3, and 4.
  • The group discount applies to regular-price tickets only. Student, youth, or other specially priced tickets are not eligible for the group discount.
  • Group tickets are subject to availability.
  • The group discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
  • Group tickets are intended for use by members, guests, employees, clients, or other participants of the qualifying group. Group tickets may not be purchased for resale or other commercial purposes.

GROUP ORDER VERIFICATION

To ensure group pricing is reserved for qualifying groups, Sacramento Ballet may request additional information to verify the identity of the purchaser, the qualifying group, and the intended use of the tickets.

Additional information may be requested for larger or unusual orders. Sacramento Ballet reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify a group order if the requested information cannot be verified or if the order does not meet the requirements of the group ticket policy.

TICKET DELIVERY & PICKUP

Group tickets are not eligible for mail or email delivery. All group tickets will be held at Will Call or must be picked up in person at the Sacramento Ballet Box Office.

  • The primary purchaser must pick up the group tickets and present a valid photo ID.
  • Tickets may not be released to another individual unless an exception has been approved in advance by the Patron Services Manager.
  • The primary purchaser is responsible for distributing tickets to members or participants of their group.
  • If the group organizer would prefer for attendees to receive their tickets individually, Patron Services may arrange individual Will Call pickup in advance. 
  • Sacramento Ballet may require additional verification before releasing tickets for large or unusual orders.

By placing a group ticket order, the purchaser agrees to these requirements and confirms that the tickets are being purchased for the qualifying group and not for resale.
