Question Form
Please read through all of our FAQs before you submit a question here. We will post the answer as an additional FAQ on a weekly basis.
Absence Form
Please complete the form whenever your child will be absent. If you know in advance enter those early so that we can plan accordingly. If your child is sick on the day of a rehearsal or performance, please complete this form as early as possible.
Student Matinee Letter
Formal request for school absences to be shared with school and/ or educators to allow students to participate in performances that conflict with school.
Nutcracker Youth Cast Backstage Form
Use this form to communicate which performance you are watching (and don't have anyone to drop-off or pick-up your child during their roles designated times) that require them to remain backstage with us from the start to the finish (entire duration) of the performance.
