If you are new to ballet, this class is for you. Adults rarely have a ballet class where they can learn ballet technique from the very beginning. In this class you will build a strong foundation. Emphasis will be on learning the basic elements of ballet, vocabulary, and developing proper placement, strength, and flexibility. Join us in experiencing the joy of ballet.
