Something New is Coming This August!
For the first time ever, we’re opening our doors to adult dancers for a full week of intensive training, and you’re invited.
We’ve always believed that dance belongs to everyone. And this summer, we’re doing something about it. School of Sacramento Ballet is thrilled to introduce our first-ever Adult Summer Intensive — a five-day, immersive training experience designed specifically for adult ballet dancers who are ready to go deeper.
From August 3–7, 2026, dancers at the beginning through intermediate/advanced level will train each evening from 5–8 PM with a faculty of five exceptional instructors: Rhodes Elliott, Elise Elliott, Florrie Geller, Elena Martins, and Ava Chatterson.
The week is packed with everything you’d hope for in a true intensive:
- Ballet Technique
- Two Levels Offered
- Jazz & Contemporary
- Turns & Turning Technique
- Partnering
- Strength & Conditioning
- End-of-Week Showcase Performance
Ballet technique is offered at two levels — beginning and intermediate/advanced — so the training truly meets you where you are. Everything else brings both groups together, including choreography that’s designed with the full range of experience in mind. This isn’t just a class. It’s a week you’ll carry with you.
