Sacramento Ballet is thrilled to announce our Sleeping Beauty Camps, inspired by the beloved classical ballet. Young dancers will journey into Aurora’s world through immersive workshops that include ballet technique class, storytelling, music exploration, character pantomime, and enchanting fairy variations. Plus, campers will create themed crafts and end the day with a mini performance to share their magic with family and friends!
Camps will be offered in Davis on February 7 and Sacramento on February 8, with sessions for ages 4–6 and ages 7–10 on each day.
Participants will also receive a special discount on tickets to Sacramento Ballet’s production of The Sleeping Beauty, performed February 13–15 at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center.
Dancers should bring a snack and water, and wear a leotard, tights, and ballet slippers.
