The School of the Sacramento Ballet offers classes and dance training for adults with varying levels of experience – or none at all! This one-week intensive is intended to bridge the gap between fitness and fun, focusing on strength, flexibility and rhythm. Classes will consist of classical technique, jazz, modern, conditioning, and more! Bring a friend and they will receive 5% off of their tuition!
